Nazriya Nazim
Nazriya Nazim's career began not in films but on Kairali TV, where she started anchoring shows in 2005; Asianet's Star Singer was another show she hosted. Born in Thiruvananthapuram on 20 December 1994, she first acted as a child artist in Blessy's Palunku (2006) and had her first lead in the Malayalam film Maad Dad (2013). She acts in Malayalam and Tamil films, sings and produces. Tamil roles in Neram, Raja Rani and Vaayai Moodi Pesavum ran alongside the two 2014 Malayalam films that made her a leading name, Ohm Shanthi Oshaana and Bangalore Days, where she played Divya. Those two won her the Kerala State Film Award for Best Actress. After marrying actor Fahadh Faasil she paused acting, coming back with Koode (2018). Ante Sundaraniki (2022) was her Telugu debut, and Sookshmadarshini (2024) became her highest-grossing release. Fahadh Faasil and Friends, the banner she co-owns with her husband, produced Kumbalangi Nights (2019), which won the Kerala State award for Best Film with Popular Appeal and Aesthetic Value. She is also credited as a producer of Aavesham (2024). Her current project is Scene (2026), Jithu Madhavan's Tamil film starring Suriya, in which she plays a lead role.
