Manju Warrier is set to lead director Anand Menen’s next film, titled HappiLoop. Coming off the success of Vaazha, Menen has unveiled the title poster, which also features J.P. Thuminad, the director behind the Kannada hit Su from So — giving the project a cross-industry flavour.
HappiLoop is Anand Menen’s third film as director, after Gauthamante Radham and the hit Vaazha. The cast is a varied one, including veterans Mukesh, Nishanth Sagar and V.K. Prakash. Manju’s brother, Madhu Warrier, also joins in a key role, alongside Neeraja Rajendran and several newcomers.
The team behind it
Produced by Bineesh Chandran under the Movie Bucket banner, the film is written by Ashiq Aimar. The technical crew includes Gautham Sankar on cinematography, a score by Electronic Kili and Parvathish Pradeep, editing by Kannan Mohan and visual effects by Promice, with production design by Kripesh Ayyappankutty.
The first-look materials — with title design by Dellu and poster art by Roasted Paper — have already drawn interest online. With the team preparing to begin principal photography, and given Menen’s track record of connecting with younger audiences through Vaazha, HappiLoop is shaping up as one of the more anticipated Malayalam releases of 2026.
