Chemban the writer, with Antony Varghese again
Chemban wrote Disco and produces the film with Ahmad Golchin. As a writer, he is best known for Lijo Jose Pellissery's Angamaly Diaries (2017), the film that introduced Antony Varghese. He also wrote Ashraf Hamza's Bheemante Vazhi (2021), with Kunchacko Boban in the lead.
Disco brings him and Antony together again, this time in an ensemble with Arjun Ashokan, Lukman Avaran and Dev Mohan.
Phars Film, Ahmad Golchin's company, also handles the overseas release of Titans.
Ullas Chemban's second film
Ullas, Chemban's brother, made his directorial debut with Anchakkallakokkan (2024), which Chemban produced and which starred Lukman Avaran and Chemban. Several of that film's technicians return for Disco, including cinematographer Armo, composer Manikandan Ayyappa and editor Rohit VS Variyath. The teaser came out earlier in October.
