Arjun Ashokan's Melcow Pondicherry will release in theatres worldwide on November 13, 2026, the makers announced on Tuesday, November 3. The date puts the comedy a week behind Disco, the Ullas Chemban action thriller in which Arjun stars alongside Antony Varghese, so the actor has two big screen releases on back to back Fridays.
Producer Arun Gopy shared the release poster on Instagram with a note calling November 13 "the first day of a dream that lives deep in my heart", as reported by IANS. The Plot Pictures, the film's marketing team, posted the same poster on X.

What is Melcow Pondicherry about?
Melcow Pondicherry follows a group of friends from Kerala who set off on a trip to Pondicherry, where a string of unexpected events throws their plans off course. The makers bill it as a youthful entertainer built on friendship and fun. The title borrows a comic word that Salim Kumar's character Pyari made famous in the Dileep film Kalyanaraman, as reported when the title poster came out.
The film marks the debut of director Nikhil Mohan, who also wrote the story. Sanoop Thykoodam wrote the screenplay and dialogues, as reported by IANS. The first teaser came out on Arjun's birthday, and editor Sagar Das announced in September that the reels were locked.
