Director Binu S is back with Praharam, an action revenge thriller, and Unni Mukundan has launched its first look poster on social media. Praharam is Binu's first film since Kamuki in 2018.

Binu S and Unni Mukundan
The poster launch links back to Binu's second film. Binu made his debut with Ithihasa (2014), and his second film, Style (2016), had Unni Mukundan in the lead, with Tovino Thomas also in the cast. Kamuki, with Askar Ali and Aparna Balamurali, followed in 2018.
Praharam is his fourth film as director, and the gap since Kamuki is eight years.
The cast
Newcomer Vamika Tara and Roshan Chandra play the lead roles. Sudheesh, Pavithran, Prashanth Alexander, Rajesh Sharma and Thushara Pillai are among the supporting cast.
Sinoj P Ayyappan handles the camera and Arun Vaiga edits. BK Harinarayanan has written the lyrics.
A late November slot
The makers plan to bring Praharam to theatres by the end of November. Two Malayalam films are already dated for that week: Amal Neerad's Bachelor Party D'eux on November 19, and Sathyavan Savithiri on November 20.
