The trailer of Sidhu, a Malayalam film written and directed by Ajith Poojappura, is out on the YouTube channel of its production house, Abhin Entertainments. Child debutant Aadi Keshava leads the film, which follows a school student named Sidhu. Reports describe Jaffer Idukki's role as very different from his usual parts.

Jaffer Idukki's turn
Jaffer Idukki began as a mimicry artist and comedian, and much of his early film work was comic. Over the last few years he has moved into character parts in films such as Ishq (2019), Jallikattu (2019), and Lijo Jose Pellissery's Churuli (2021), which starred Vinay Forrt. In Martin Prakkat's Nayattu (2021), with Kunchacko Boban, Joju George and Nimisha Sajayan, he played the Chief Minister.
If the reports are right, Sidhu takes him further from the comic roles he started with.
Who else is in Sidhu
The trailer title credits Ajith Poojappura, Jaffer Idukki, Joy Mathew and Aadi Keshava.
