Jayasurya

Mimicry shows on stage and hosting jobs on television were where Jayasurya first built a reputation, before films. Born on 31 August 1978, he made his first screen appearance in 1995, uncredited, as a junior artiste in Three Men Army. From there he has put together a filmography of more than 100 Malayalam titles, and he also works as a producer, playback singer and impressionist. A National Film Award and three Kerala State Film Awards have come his way. This October he headlined Titans, a fantasy caper that reunited him with Vinayakan, and he plays Antony Yakuza in it. The film was certified U/A 16+ and opened in theatres on 22 October 2026, after its trailer passed 2.3 million views in under two weeks. Waiting on his slate is Mayan: Chapter 1, a thriller directed by Jithin K Jose, in which he appears as a police officer. The first-look poster is already out, and the film is listed as an upcoming Malayalam release.
