Titans has a release teaser, out on the Nerambokku YouTube channel three days before the film opens worldwide on October 22. Advance bookings for the Jayasurya and Vinayakan film are now open, reports said.

First of a crowded week
Titans opens Malayalam cinema's release week. The Jayasurya-Vinayakan film is out a day before Udumbanchola Vision and Orijinal, which both open on October 23. The film already has a U/A 16+ certificate, and its trailer came out earlier this month.
Midhun Manuel Thomas produces under his Nerambokku banner, and the teaser's title card credits Irshad M Hassan and Pradeep CS as producers too.
Then Mayan for Jayasurya
Six weeks later, Jayasurya is back in theatres with Jithin K Jose's Mayan: Chapter 1 on December 3, in which he plays a cop.
Jayasurya and Vinayakan again
Titans reunites Jayasurya and Vinayakan, whose pairing as Shaji Pappan and Dude in Midhun Manuel Thomas's Aadu (2015) and Aadu 2 (2017) built a big cult following. Midhun is a producer here rather than the director, and his Nerambokku banner is backing the film.
Midhun's own directing career has moved from the Aadu comedies to thrillers like Anjaam Pathiraa (2020) and Abraham Ozler (2024). With Titans, his banner is backing a gangster comedy with a fantasy twist.
About the director
Prince Joy is best known for Anugraheethan Antony (2021), with Sunny Wayne, a drama that mixed romance with a story about life after death. James Sebastian has written Titans, which is set in Fort Kochi.
Titans carries a U/A 16+ certificate. Its streaming partner and OTT date have not been announced yet.
Magic Frames, which is handling the Kerala release, is Listin Stephen's banner. Listin made his debut as producer with Traffic (2011) and has since backed films such as Ustad Hotel.
The Aadu films also had Vinayakan's Dude and Sunny Wayne in the gang; Sunny Wayne is back in the Titans cast too.
