Hail Mary, Kunchacko Boban's third film with producer Martin Prakkat, now has a firm release date. The film opens in theatres on Thursday, November 26, 2026, according to a new poster from Martin Prakkat Films, released on Instagram on the actor's birthday, November 2.
"Happy Birthday @kunchacks! 'HAIL MARY' IN CINEMAS NOVEMBER 26th," the caption reads. The poster carries the same date, with "NOV 26 RELEASE" printed in the top corner. It shows Kunchacko alone, bearded and in a checked shirt and mundu, walking through tall grass.

November 26, not 27
The official date settles a small confusion. Asianet News and Kerala Kaumudi had earlier reported November 27 as the release date. The makers' poster now puts it a day earlier, on a Thursday. Cinema Express also reported the November 26 date after the birthday post.
Hail Mary: cast and crew
Debutant Vishnu Revikumar directs the film, as reported by The Hindu. The screenplay is by Dr Neeraj Rajan and Martin Prakkat, and the film is based on a novel by writer G R Indugopan, according to The Hindu. Martin Prakkat Films and Green Room produce it, with Martin Prakkat, Siby Chavara and Renjith Nair credited on the poster.
The poster bills Kunchacko Boban, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Jagadish, Vinay Forrt, Anu Sithara, Suhasini Maniratnam and Hakim Shah. Kavya Ramachandran is tagged in the official caption. Roby Varghese Raj shoots the film, Jakes Bejoy scores the music and Chaman Chakko edits it.

The pair earlier made Nayattu and Officer on Duty, The Hindu reported. The first look came out on August 8, filming wrapped on August 31, and dubbing began on September 22, per the film's official Instagram posts.
