Dileep's next film, tentatively titled D 153, will be launched with a pooja in Alappuzha on October 19. Ullas Krishna, who made Pushpaka Vimanam, directs, and M Star Entertainments produces.
Update, October 19: D 153 has been titled Henok: The Man in the Mist, and Dulquer Salmaan's Wayfarer Films will distribute the film.

Another thriller in waiting
The pooja invitation carries the tagline "The investigation begins", which hints at an investigative thriller. If D 153 is one, Dileep will have two thrillers lined up back to back. Neekkam, the debut film of Jagan Shaji Kailas, is still awaiting release.
Vibin Balachandran wrote Neekkam, and Veena Nandakumar plays the female lead. The film's teaser suggests Dileep plays a journalist. Dileep was last seen in Bha. Bha. Ba., which had Mohanlal in a cameo.
The director and the producer
D 153 is Ullas Krishna's second film. A former associate director to M Padmakumar, he made his debut with Pushpaka Vimanam, starring Siju Wilson and Balu Varghese, which released on October 4, 2024.
M Star Entertainments co-produced the Dulquer Salmaan films Varane Avashyamund (2020) and Kurup (2021). The banner is also among the producers of Chadang, Abhijith Sarya's upcoming film with Vineeth Sreenivasan in the lead.
