Itllu Arjuna is written and directed by Mahesh Uppala, who makes his debut with it. Venky Kudumula makes his debut as a producer with this film, which carries the label What Next Entertainments Production No.1. The film is presented by Nagarjuna, and the makers' posts bill it as a Thaman musical.

Anaswara Rajan's second Telugu film
For Malayalam viewers, the hook is Anaswara Rajan. Itllu Arjuna will be her second Telugu film. Champion, with Roshan Meka, was reported as her Telugu debut, and it released in theatres on December 25, 2025.
That puts her two Telugu releases less than a year apart. No other Telugu film of hers has been reported. A Kerala release plan for Itllu Arjuna has not been announced yet, and we will add it if the makers share one.
