Mookuthi Amman 2 has been cleared with a U/A certificate, Vels Film International announced on X at 7:52 PM IST on October 27. The Vels post also confirmed the Sundar C film's Diwali release on November 6, with Nayanthara back as Mahasakthi.

The certificate sets up a busy Diwali week in Kerala theatres. Five films open between November 5 and 6, and each has Malayali names in its cast or crew, even though only one of them, Disco, is a Malayalam-language film.
Arjun Ashokan in two films on one day
Arjun Ashokan has two releases on November 6. He is in the cast of the Tamil film Moonwalk, according to reports, and Disco's ticketing listing on District names him in its cast. No other actor in the lineup has two films that day.
Ramayana
Namit Malhotra's Ramayana is dated November 5 on its official site. Malhotra had told NDTV in August that the film would open in India on November 8, two days after its international release, but the November 5 date came later. A Malayalam version is planned, as per reports.

Scene
Suriya's Scene is the most Malayali of the Tamil releases. Jithu Madhavan writes and directs, Nazriya Fahadh and Naslen are in the cast, and Sushin Shyam composes, all as per Zhagaram Studios' posts. The team held a Scene Live in Dubai event on October 25, where Suriya spoke and the date was repeated. No official trailer is out yet.

Disco opens on November 6, as per a PR note from the makers in August. Ullas Chemban directs from a screenplay by Chemban Vinod Jose, for Chembosky Motion Pictures and Fars Films. Antony Varghese, Lukman Avaran, Dev Mohan, Vishnu Unnikrishnan and Femina George are also in the cast.
