"Veezha Veera", the second single from Rajkumar Periasamy's OM, is out. The film stars Dhanush with Mammootty, and the director's post shares the song in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi, with the Telugu and Hindi versions titled "Veera Veera". OM releases on November 20.

Sai Abhyankkar composed the song and sings it with Tipu and Ritesh G Rao, with Tamil lyrics by Arunn Srini.
Sai has a Malayalam link of his own. He made his feature debut as composer with Shane Nigam's Balti (2025).
In OM, Mammootty plays Burma Karthikeyan, a smuggler known as Siya. The director has spoken about how he brought Mammootty on board.
The November 20 pile-up
OM is one of several films with Malayali connections on November 20. Dulquer Salmaan's Telugu film Aakasamlo Oka Tara and Keerthy Suresh's Sathyavan Savithiri open the same day.
So does Sunny Deol's Suryaa, M Padmakumar's Hindi remake of the Malayalam thriller Joseph.
